Our growing real estate management company is seeking a qualified Repair and Maintenance Supervisor to work at one of our rental properties!
Requirements:
-Experience working with multi-family units
- Prior Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Drywall, Repair and Maintenance Experience
-Must have own tools
-Own transportation
-EPA certification
-Renovation experience
-Self motivated
-Detail oriented
-Customer service and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
