Job Title: Inside Sales Coordinator

About the Role
This is a fast-paced, team-driven inside sales role focused on supporting customers and outside sales reps. You will handle inbound requests, manage orders, and keep communication flowing between customers and the field team.
There is no cold calling. Your focus is service, speed, and accuracy.
What You Will Do
Customer Support
Respond to incoming customer requests via phone and email
Answer product and order-related questions clearly and quickly
Build strong relationships through consistent follow-up
Sales Support
Assist outside sales reps with quotes, orders, and customer needs
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes based on customer requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Order Management
Track orders from entry through delivery
Provide status updates and resolve any delays or issues
Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Daily Operations
Manage multiple requests at once without losing accuracy
Prioritize tasks based on urgency and customer needs
Keep communication organized across email and internal tools
What You Bring
Prior experience in customer service or inside sales preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with PC and Windows systems, including Outlook and Excel
