We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for sales, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and products. A love for tea is also highly recommended!
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is recomended; further education in business or related fields is a plus.
