Concrete Laborer — $25–$35/hr

Cornerstone Build Co. is looking for a hardworking Concrete Laborer to support our crews on residential and commercial concrete projects across the Phoenix East Valley and Tucson. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience with a licensed, reputable contractor (AZ ROC 366061).
Responsibilities:
- Assist with excavation, form setting, and site prep
- Move, place, and spread concrete during pours
- Handle rebar, wire mesh, and fiber reinforcement setup
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, rakes, screeds)
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Support finishers and the foreman as directed
Requirements:
- Prior labor or construction experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in Arizona heat
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Punctual, dependable, team-oriented
Pay: $25–$35/hour, based on experience
