Overview
All Form LLC is a family-owned manufacturing company located in Brainerd, Minnesota. We specialize in rotational molding and silicone molding, producing a variety of products for customers across multiple industries. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team.
Team members assist with production, assembly, packaging, material handling, and other shop duties that help keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn, able to work independently, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Duties
- Assemble products and components
- Operate manufacturing equipment and tools
- Trim, finish, and inspect molded products
- Package and prepare products for shipment
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the shop
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with other production duties as needed
Skills
- Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds
- Must be able to work in a hot manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful
- Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position with hours of 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
