We are currently seeking a Senior Program Analyst located in the Washington, D.C. area.
What you’ll do:
The Senior Program Analyst will provide program management and contract administration support to a U.S. Navy program office.
Responsibilities:

Identify funding needs for the client by analyzing contractor delivery schedule and monthly contractor burn rate

Upkeep all contract trackers (hardware, financial, GFP etc)

Schedule program QPRs and provide agendas and action items
-
Draft SOWs and pre-and post-award contract documents to aid in contract development and life-cycle maintenance

Manage all contract CDRL submissions
-
Manage all contract Engineering Changes to hardware
-
Manage all contract deliverables and coordinate hardware deliveries to the contractor
-
Lead planning sessions between different IWS team leads
-
Plan internal and external engagements, including meetings, conferences, and events.

Assist in the development of briefing material and drafting documents in accordance with Navy Correspondence Manual guidelines.

Coordinate, monitor, and execute data calls to gather inputs from both internal and external stakeholders. Consolidate and communicate information from data calls to government leadership for further action.

Evaluate operational deficiencies, recommend improvements, and coordinate their implementation

Transcribe and summarize meeting minutes and notes and assist in the preparation and closure of action items

Assist in the scheduling of appointments in support of Government customer, the coordination of arrangements for meetings and conferences, and the arrangement of travel reservations and accommodations

Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required

Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. Qualifications:

At least three years of experience providing program management and/or contract administration support to U.S. Navy program offices

Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Eligibility to obtain a DOD SECRET security clearance

Bachelor’s degree in an business management or technical discipline from an institution accredited in the United States

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask

Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
-
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
