Job Summary
As a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver, you will safely transport passengers to and from scheduled medical appointments while delivering outstanding customer service. You will operate a company-owned vehicle and serve as the face of Reliable Family Transportation by providing a safe, courteous, and professional experience for every passenger.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments and healthcare facilities.
- Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.
- Follow daily schedules and routes assigned by dispatch.
- Maintain communication with dispatch throughout your shift.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and presentable.
- Accurately complete trip documentation using company systems.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, HIPAA confidentiality standards, and safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service while treating every passenger with dignity and respect.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to safely assist passengers with limited mobility when necessary.
- Previous transportation, healthcare, delivery, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule
- Full-Time positions available.
- Monday through Friday.
- Weekend availability is a plus.
- Daytime shifts with occasional evening opportunities.
