Open Positions (seeking candidates local to New Orleans Area with Remote work option)
- **Patient Research Representative ** This position is a entry level 100% remote customer service representative.
Hourly rate: $17-18/hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work internally by gaining an understanding of all departments and how they work together toward payment of all EMS claims
· Work with external parties, including but not limited to hospitals, insurance providers, attorneys and the patients we serve
· Search various websites and hospital systems to obtain additional patient information needed to process claims, and add that information to the patients' records
· Handle correspondence via mail, email and telephone; perform other duties as assigned by management
