Your Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Boost sales and profitability with smart, effective strategies
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations with proper staffing
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and receiving
- Ensure each location remains compliant with local, state, and federal regulations
- Uphold health, sanitation, and safety standards consistently
- Learn, monitor, and analyze all functions of restaurant operations
- Conduct regular site visits to observe, coach, and guide managers and teams
- Ensure brand standards, procedures, and guest experience expectations are upheld
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions across restaurant
Team & Administrative Leadership
- Manage scheduling and payroll processes
- Train, coach, and motivate teams to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Build a positive, collaborative culture across all locations
- Create a warm, memorable dining experience for every guest, every time

Pay: From $62,500.00 per year
