Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Assistant Manager/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of food, beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate and beverage served.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and maintaining proper storage standards to minimize waste.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Oversee daily front of house operations, including cash handling, POS system management, and ensuring adherence to food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Assist in hiring and training new servers on POS systems, food handling procedures, and customer service standards.
- Develop new beverage recipes and contribute ideas for seasonal menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
- Supervising staff during shifts, ensuring efficient service flow, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender & server.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in bar management or supervisory roles is desirable.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Listed hourly wage is a range based on hourly wage and tips received while bartending/serving. Open availability is required for this role. Hours typically range between 35-40 per week.
Pay: $13.75 - $30.00 per hour
