Quality Clean is growing! We are currently hiring for the position of Area Manager. The Area Manager is responsible to:
*Manage and oversee cleaners at various client locations
*Evaluate, coordinate, and assign cleaning tasks to team members based on need and skill level.
*Inspect work performed to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
*Act as primary point-of-contact for cleaning team members for any questions or concerns they may have
*Promptly respond to any customer inquiries and take action as soon as possible.
*Ensure proper inventory of supplies and equipment.
*Participate in training of new employees
*Ensure efficiency of work team and make adjustments as necessary
Other duties as set out in your job description.
Applicants must have at least 5 years of janitorial supervisory or management experience or relevant management experience in commercial janitorial.
This position is evenings beginning at 4pm with rotating weekends.
