Duties
- Monitor bounce house inflatables during events, ensuring all safety guidelines are followed diligently.
- Assist guests with entry, provide instructions, and address any questions or concerns promptly.
- Enforce rules to prevent rough play or unsafe behavior, managing conflicts with professionalism and calmness.
- Conduct routine safety checks on equipment, inflatables, and surrounding areas to maintain a secure environment.
- Handle guest interactions with exceptional customer service skills, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Support event setup and breakdown, including managing guest flow and assisting with crowd control when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bounce house area and report any maintenance issues immediately to ensure continuous safety.
Experience
- Previous experience in events management or guest services is highly desirable.
- Background in conflict management or conflict resolution helps in maintaining a positive environment.
- Experience working with children, including understanding their needs and ensuring their safety.
- Skills in public speaking or providing clear instructions enhance guest engagement and safety communication.
- Knowledge of food service or hospitality environments can be beneficial for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Lifeguard experience or certifications are advantageous for understanding safety protocols in active settings.
