I am partnering with a highly respected Seattle-based law firm seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to join its thriving business practice. This is a unique succession opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer who is looking to take on meaningful client responsibility, inherit long-standing client relationships, and continue building a successful practice within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

The Opportunity
You will advise a diverse client base ranging from closely held businesses to sophisticated companies on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including:

Mergers & acquisitions

Corporate governance

Business entity structuring and organization

Corporate finance transactions

Commercial contracts and agreements

Securities law compliance

General business counseling
In addition to handling complex legal matters, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior attorneys, lead client relationships, and play an active role in the continued growth of the corporate practice.
What We're Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school
-
Active Washington State Bar membership
-
10+ years of corporate transactional experience

Strong background in M&A, corporate governance, finance, and commercial transactions

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
-
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor

Business development experience and a desire to continue growing a practice

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
