The job coach supports individuals with wide ranging disabilities in achieving their career, educational, and financial goals. The support may include physical assistance (assisting with mobility), verbal prompts, creation of tools, transportation, or whatever assistance the client needs to be successful.
Training is PAID, provided & offered.
-Transportation of client to and from their work site (mileage reimbursed);
-Teaching and modeling job duties;
-Providing direction and instruction to complete work in a thorough manner;
-Assistance with personal care if needed;
-Attendance to client's team meetings;
-Completion of shift logs and other paperwork as needed;
Applicants must be aged 21 or older and have a HS diploma/GED, valid NM driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation. Applicant must also be flexible to go between work sites during their shift. Per state mandate, we require staff to be fully vaccinated or apply for a religious/medical exemption.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
