Position Summary
We’re seeking a hardworking, reliable individual eager to learn and grow in a dynamic technical service role. As a Service Technician, you’ll install, maintain, and repair commercial dish machines and chemical blending systems at customer sites.

What You'll Do
- Install and service commercial dishwashing machines and chemical dispensers
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues on-site
- Run water supply lines and complete electrical connections (training provided)
- Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating solutions to clients
- Manage service vehicle inventory and maintain accurate records
- Drive to customer locations safely (up to 75% of your day on the road)
- Handle emergency service calls and scheduled installations during business hours (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Participate in weekend and after hours on-call coverage
- Perform occasional repairs and prep work at the company’s main facility
What We're Looking For
Must-Have:
- Mechanical aptitude and basic tool knowledge (plumbing, electrical, hand tools)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Nice-to-Have:
- Conversational Spanish
- Previous experience in a technical or field service role
- Direct experience with commercial dish machine repair

- Schedule: Monday–Friday with evening/weekend on-call
