Job Summary
We are seeking an organized Warehouse Lead for our trailer manufacturing plant. You will oversee inventory, implement min-max levels, and manage part kitting for production lines. Your work will directly keep our assembly teams moving efficiently.
What You Will Do
- Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate counts of trailer parts and raw materials.
- Set Min-Max Levels: Track stock thresholds to prevent production shortages.
- Lead Part Kitting: Group and prep specific parts for assembly line delivery.
- Organize Space: Design efficient warehouse layouts to optimize material flow.
- Lead Teams: Guide warehouse associates in daily receiving and sorting tasks.
- Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA standards and proper forklift operation guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing warehouse leadership or supervision.
- Skills: Proven background in part kitting and min-max inventory systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trailer parts or heavy manufacturing is preferred.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Certifications: Forklift certification is highly preferred.
