Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Hotel Nannies to join our dedicated caregiving team, providing exceptional childcare services to families staying at luxury hotels and resorts. As a Hotel Nanny, you will create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children of all ages, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. Duties
- Provide attentive childcare for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and play activities tailored to each child's developmental stage
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences
- Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities, games, and creative play to promote learning and development
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning duties related to childcare areas
- Administer first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by applying specialized caregiving techniques and working closely with families
Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare roles such as nannying, babysitting, daycare work, or teaching young children
- Knowledge of infant care, toddler care, preschool activities, and child development principles
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred
- Ability to handle caregiving responsibilities with patience, sensitivity, and professionalism
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and hotel staff
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts as needed
