Position Summary
The Marketing & Sales Specialist – Bulk Flower & Nursery is responsible for supporting revenue growth through a combination of bulk sales support, customer engagement, and targeted marketing execution.
This role bridges the gap between sales operations and market visibility, ensuring that C4 USA’s bulk flower and nursery inventory is effectively presented, promoted, and moved in alignment with pricing strategy and inventory flow.
The position focuses on driving demand, supporting deal flow, maintaining accurate product representation, and strengthening buyer relationships, while operating within established sales processes and compliance requirements.
Core Responsibilities1. Bulk Sales Support & Deal Flow
- Assist in the promotion and sale of:
- Bulk flower (bigs, mediums, smalls, trim)
- Nursery plants (clones, teens, bulk plant orders)
- Support Sales Team with:
- Sending product menus, availability lists, and pricing updates
- Following up with buyers on open opportunities
- Assisting in order coordination and communication
- Help maintain consistent movement of inventory aligned with production output
2. Product Marketing & Presentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date:
- Product menus
- Strain descriptions
- Pricing sheets
- Inventory highlights
- Coordinate basic marketing materials such as:
- Product photos (flower + nursery)
- Strain spotlights
- Weekly availability updates
- Ensure all outward-facing materials reflect:
- Current inventory
- Correct compliance language
- Brand standards
3. Buyer Communication & Relationship Support
- Act as a point of contact for:
- Buyer inquiries
- Product questions
- Availability requests
- Maintain organized communication with:
- Distributors
- Retail buyers
- Nursery clients
- Track buyer preferences and assist in matching product to demand
4. Inventory Awareness & Sales Alignment
- Work closely with Sales and Inventory teams to:
- Understand current stock levels
- Identify priority inventory that needs movement
- Align marketing efforts with available product
- Assist in highlighting:
- Overstock product
- New harvests
- High-margin SKUs
5. Marketing Execution (Sales-Focused)
- Execute simple, targeted marketing efforts such as:
- Email blasts to buyers
- Menu distributions
- Promotional messaging for available inventory
- Support brand presence in a way that directly contributes to sales conversion, not just visibility
6. Administrative & Reporting Support
- Track outreach and follow-ups
- Maintain organized records of:
- Buyer communications
- Sent materials
- Interest levels by product
- Provide daily or weekly updates to Sales Leadership on:
- Buyer activity
- Market feedback
- Product demand trends
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in:
- Cannabis sales, distribution, or nursery operations (preferred)
- OR sales/marketing role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working with inventory, pricing, and product data
- Basic understanding of cannabis products and terminology
- Experience with:
- Excel / Google Sheets
- CRM or inventory systems (preferred)

Role Boundaries
- This role:

- Does not own pricing strategy or final deal approvals

Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
