Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Department.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult, geriatric, pediatric, and adolescent patients.
Coordinate safe discharge planning and connect patients with appropriate community resources.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
Document patient care accurately using EPIC.
Respond effectively to rapidly changing patient conditions while maintaining high-quality care.
Float to inpatient units if needed to support staffing requirements.
Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as assigned.
