We are searching for vibrant and positive people who will be a part of bringing the world’s best cookies to our community. You will bake and decorate a lot of cookies, clean up, interact with customers taking orders, and did we mention you will get to bake a lot of cookies! No culinary experience required. We will train you to bake, and we believe anybody who is eager and willing to learn the Crumbl way can be a successful part of our team.

Position Specific Requirements:
- Measuring/combining ingredients, using standing mixers(18 or older), blenders, large ovens and other commercial kitchen equipment
- Decorating and displaying finished product
- Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, and accepting orders/payment
- Communicates inventory, production levels and delivery orders to leadership
- Cleaning and restocking workstation to set up next shift for success
Schedule:
8 hour shifts preferred
4 - 6 hour shifts available for students/others if needed
Day Shift:
8am to 4pm, 11am to 4pm, 12pm to 4pm
Night Shift:
Monday through Thursday: 4pm to 8pm, 4pm to 10 pm, 6pm to 10 pm
Friday and Saturday: 4pm to 8pm, 4pm to 12am, 6pm to 12am, 4pm to 10pm
Monday - Saturday availability
Sundays off!

Pay:
$9 - $10 (under 18 yrs old) *exception can be made for minors with 2+ yrs of food industry/retail experience.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of cookies, frosting, and glaze recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cookies with icing, glazes, and other toppings
- Ensure proper food handling and storage techniques to maintain freshness and quality
- Package baked goods for display and customer takeout
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during all stages of food preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
