Position Overview
As a Bartender at Nouvia, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality while preparing quality beverages, engaging with guests, and contributing to an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and service
- Build genuine relationships with guests
- Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
- Handle guest concerns professionally and positively
Beverage Service
- Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation
- Recommend beverages and upsell premium offerings
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and beverage pairings
Bar Operations
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow all alcohol service and safety regulations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support inventory management and product organization
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout every shift
Teamwork
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Support team members during busy periods
- Contribute to a positive and professional culture
- Help create a memorable experience for every guest
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
