Position: RN - LPN Visits
Job description
- Flexible Schedules (Create your Own).
- Traveling to a patient’s home to administer services.
- Helping patients maintain their independence.
- Pediatric, trach, vent, labs training offered.
- Administering at-home IVs
- Changing dressings and cleaning wounds.
- Updating doctors about patient’s health.
- Providing medical care to patients with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and injuries.
- Performing wound care, medication management, and disease management.
- Writing reports and communicating with the doctor after each visit.
- Full time, part time and PRN schedules available.
- Work in Close Proximity to your home.
- Patients range from pediatrics to geriatrics.

Additional Information
- Clinical and Operational on-call to support in home field nurses.
Requirements
- Current Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (RN)
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour (LPN)
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
