As Director of Facilities Management, you will:
Oversee all building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programsEnsure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations, including life safety and emergency preparednessMaintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staffLead, train, and support the facilities/maintenance teamManage vendor relationships, service contracts, and capital projectsDevelop and monitor maintenance budgets and inventoryRespond promptly and professionally to maintenance needs and emergenciesPartner with Executive Leadership to support the community’s mission and operational goalsWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management (healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or similar environments preferred) Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, etc.)Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a teamExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetCommitment to safety, quality, and resident-centered careAbout the Opportunity
