Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide solutions promptly
- Analyze data and assist in optimizing HVAC and appliance repair operations
- Utilize dispatch systems efficiently
- Support the tech team in managing activities and resolving any issues
- Operate phone systems to handle customer service calls effectively
Experience
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for logistics optimization
- Experienced in using digital tools and platforms
- Demonstrates excellent professional phone etiquette
Nice-to-Have Skills - We can teach these!
- Knowledge of HVAC terminology -
- Experience using Housecall Pro software
- Experience in HVAC business office setting
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
