Primary responsibilities include:
- Inspect incoming freight and shipments for defects, shortages, or discrepancies while maintaining accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
- Load, unload, stage, palletize, label, and organize raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse environment.
- Prepare shipping documents including Bills of Lading and Packing Lists while utilizing UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, and internal MIS systems.
- Perform inventory control activities including cycle counts, physical inventories, stock reconciliation, and material handling operations.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel, Word, email systems, and warehouse management systems (MIS).
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
