AVL PRO Inc. is seeking . Lighting Design Assistant (LD-1)This position requires experience in A/V system design, documentation, and supervision of architectural lighting and lighting control systems. Support project management both on-site and in-office; coordinate schedules and attend client meetings. Use AutoCAD and contribute to design quality and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Familiarity with lighting and electrical systems
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage projects
Individual should be self- motivated, detailed oriented, with good organizational and leadership skills, and should have the ability to deal with customers in a professional friendly manner. Individual must be capable of managing, conducting, and finishing all projects in an efficient and professional manner. Background check is required for all AVL PRO Inc. team members. Position offers long term employment potential and career advancement. AVL PRO Inc. is based in Naples, Florida, covering the Southwest Florida market from Marco Island to Sarasota, Florida.
Skills / Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Familiarity with lighting and electrical systems

Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in lighting design or related field (entry-level candidates with strong technical skills considered)
