Our Service Model
We proudly provide ABA services in the following settings:
- Clinic (Orlando only)
- Home
- School
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design, supervise, and monitor evidence-based ABA programming
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and behavior technicians
- Analyze clinical data and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful progress
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Ensure ethical and high-quality service delivery aligned with BACB standards
Qualifications
Required:
- Active BCBA Certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience working with children and families in ABA settings
- Ability to work collaboratively in clinic, home, and/or school environments
Preferred:
- Experience with school consultation and collaboration
- Experience across clinic, home, and school settings
- Experience mentoring or supervising clinical staff
