We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.
Position Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, balance activities, and mobility programs

Carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve strength, safety, and functional independence

Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT

Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated care
-
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist Assistant license required

Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
