Job Summary
Are you an experienced Automotive Finance Manager looking to join a high-performing dealership? We're seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) department and help deliver an exceptional buying experience.
Responsibilities:
- Present finance, warranty, and protection product options to customers.
- Secure financing through lender relationships.
- Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and dealership regulations.
- Maximize F&I profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Complete and process all finance documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or F&I Manager.
- Strong knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and dealership operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
