Job Description:
Knotty Timber Contracting is looking for a reliable and motivated Construction Employee to join our team. We specialize in metal buildings, barndominiums, and custom homes. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who is ready to learn, work hard, and be part of a quality crew.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction of metal buildings, barndominiums, and custom homes
- Perform general labor tasks such as framing, roofing, siding, and site cleanup
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Follow directions from the foreman and crew leaders
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
- Previous construction experience is a plus
- Willing to train hard workers
- Experience with metal buildings or framing is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Must have your own basic tools
- Background check required
- References required
