White Rabbit Barbershop has been delivering classic traditional haircuts, beard trims, and straight razor shaves in Downey since 2019. We’re a third-generation local shop that keeps it real: quality work in a clean, welcoming space with zero drama.
We’re expanding because demand is strong. Flexible on services — bring what you specialize in and we’ll make it work so everyone stays busy and winning.
Who we want: Licensed barbers (or solid apprentices) who vibe with a positive team. All cultures, genders, backgrounds welcome. Anime, sports, nerd stuff? Heck yeah. No drinking or smoking in the shop.
Pay Options:
- 70/30 commission (you keep 70%) + tips
- OR $250/week chair rental (great if you already have your own clients in LA/OC)
