Physician-Led Regenerative Aesthetics Natural Results Growth Opportunity
Belle Visage Medical Aesthetics is expanding and we're looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector who wants to grow with us.
We're not simply looking to fill a schedule. We're looking for the right clinician to become an important part of our team as we enter an exciting new chapter.
Why this opportunity?
- Physician-led practice with an experienced Medical Director
- Regenerative Aesthetics + natural refinement philosophy
- Established patient base with opportunity for continued growth
- Collaborative, education-focused clinical environment
- Advanced injectables, biostimulators, lasers, skincare, and wellness
- New, larger luxury location coming in the next 4–5 months
We are a physician-led, luxury medical aesthetics practice specializing in Regenerative Aesthetics and natural refinement. Our approach goes beyond treating a single concern or chasing trends. We focus on understanding each patient’s anatomy, goals, skin health, and long-term aesthetic journey to create thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that produce refined, natural-looking results.
As we continue to grow, we are preparing to transition into a larger, elevated luxury space with expanded treatment capacity within the next 4–5 months. We are looking to add the right injector to our team now so they can become an integral part of our practice and grow alongside us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an opportunity for an experienced injector who wants more than simply a place to inject. We want you to grow with us.
Our ideal candidate is clinically confident, highly personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about building meaningful patient relationships. You should be comfortable leading a consultation, evaluating facial anatomy, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and educating patients on both injectable and non-injectable options.
You will work closely with our Medical Director and experienced aesthetic team in a collaborative environment where education, clinical excellence, patient experience, and natural results are at the center of everything we do.
COMPENSATION & GROWTH
- Starting compensation: $35/hour, with opportunity to increase based on experience, demonstrated clinical competency, and growth within the role.
- Monthly KPI performance bonus opportunity following the initial 90-day onboarding/probationary period.
- Our bonus structure rewards more than production alone — it recognizes individual performance, patient retention, rebooking, membership growth, reviews, retail performance, and overall contribution to the practice, while also incorporating team performance.
- Strong performers have the opportunity to increase their total compensation through both hourly pay and performance-based bonuses as their schedule, patient base, and contribution to Belle Visage grow.
- Compensation growth is based on demonstrated competency, productivity, quality of care, patient experience, retention, and schedule growth.
We believe in rewarding team members who consistently deliver excellent clinical care, create exceptional patient experiences, and contribute to the growth of the practice. Our KPI bonus structure is designed to give high-performing team members a meaningful opportunity to earn beyond their base hourly compensation.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations, including evaluation of facial anatomy, medical history, skin health, aesthetic goals, and treatment expectations.
- Develop individualized, comprehensive treatment plans based on each patient's anatomy, goals, and long-term aesthetic journey.
- Perform injectable aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other advanced injectable treatments.
- Complete and document required medical clearances, consents, treatment plans, and clinical documentation in accordance with established protocols.
- Educate patients on treatment options, realistic outcomes, pre- and post-treatment care, skincare, and complementary services.
- Deliver treatments with a strong emphasis on patient safety, comfort, precision, and natural-looking outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team regarding treatment planning and patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the practice's EMR, including treatment records and invoicing.
- Maintain proficiency in all services, devices, protocols, products, pricing, and current promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment and ensure appropriate use and care of medical equipment.
- Build lasting patient relationships through trust, education, exceptional service, and continuity of care.
- Address patient concerns professionally and appropriately escalate clinical or safety concerns when needed.
- Participate in ongoing education, training, team meetings, marketing events, and patient education initiatives.
- Support practice growth through ethical recommendations, patient retention, rebooking, and exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain a personal booking rate above 50%.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

WHY BELLE VISAGE?
Belle Visage is a growing practice with an established reputation for education-driven, personalized aesthetic care.
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced Medical Director and clinical team while continuing to develop your skills in an environment that values education, collaboration, and clinical excellence.
With our upcoming move into a larger luxury space, this is an exciting time to join our team. We are intentionally building our clinical team ahead of that expansion and are looking for someone who wants to play an important role in our next chapter.
Our goal is to build our team before the move so that the right person has the opportunity to establish themselves within our practice, build meaningful patient relationships, and grow alongside Belle Visage as we expand.
We believe the best aesthetic outcomes come from combining clinical expertise, thoughtful treatment planning, advanced technology, education, and genuine patient relationships.
If that sounds like the kind of practice you have been looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
