Job Description:
We are seeking an Attorney to join our team. Our firm is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients and providing exceptional legal services.
Expectations:
- Manage a significant caseload involving high-level and high-asset personal injury or inmigration cases from intake through permanent orders.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and develop effective case strategies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediation.
- We are seeking an attorney in Personal Injury and Inmigration.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, keeping them informed about case status and legal options.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure all deadlines are met and clients receive comprehensive representation.
Requirements:
- Active Bar License in Oregon
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
- Dedication to ethical legal practice and client confidentiality.
- No experience needed
