Anresco Laboratories (est 1943) is a commercial analytical laboratory located in the Bayview of San Francisco. For the past 80+ years we have provided testing services to food, pharmaceutical, and related industries. Over the 10 plus years we have extended our service offerings to the cannabis industry, and now provide comprehensive testing services to cannabis cultivators, manufacturers, dispensaries, and distributors.
We're currently hiring for a Marketing Associate at our new newly constructed lab in Commerce, CA. The position will start as part time, 15-20 hours per week. Potential for full time in the near future.
The Marketing Associate position is an exciting opportunity to pursue a career in a fast-paced analytical laboratory environment. The role reports to the Director of Marketing and is an entry-level position.
Responsibilities may include:
- Responding to inbound phone and web leads
- Maintaining the pipeline of prospective clients in our CRM system
- Following-up and nurturing leads with high prospects
- Helping to manage various social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Attending and exhibiting at trade shows
- Updating marketing flyers and other collateral
- Generating email campaigns and tracking the success of such campaigns
- Involvement in other marketing campaigns to be determined
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, English, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science or Nutrition, or related field is preferred
- Hubspot experience is a bonus
