Shift: 1st (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Pay: $30.00 – $37.00/hr
- Kick off your shift setting up CNC mills and lathes for tight-tolerance work.
- Run parts to spec, reading blueprints and verifying results with inspections.
- Diagnose and resolve program, tooling, and setup issues to keep production on pace.
- Use your senior-level setup experience to mentor and elevate team performance (preferred).
Shifts: 1st (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) or 2nd (5:00 PM – 3:00 AM) | Pay: $20.00 – $30.00/hr
Shift Differential: 8% for 2nd shift
- Operate CNC mills and lathes safely and consistently.
- Load and unload parts, then perform checks using basic measurement tools.
- Follow blueprints and work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Support a smooth production flow with careful part handling and documentation.
