In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through our wide selection of products, offering expert advice on Boots, Socks, Insoles, and Care products. Your proactive approach will ensure our store remains organized, well-stocked, and inviting.
Responsibilities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing product information or directing calls as needed
- Support store operations by performing stocking duties, inventory counts, and retail math calculations to manage stock levels effectively
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a bonus for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures ensures smooth transactions
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage stock levels and merchandising displays efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while providing exceptional customer service
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
