Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Bartender/Server to join our team. This role combines both bar and dining service responsibilities, requiring excellent customer service skills, efficiency, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and standards
- Monitor guests’ needs and ensure an excellent dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and dining areas
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Process payments and operate the register
- Comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with inventory counts, stock control, and reporting shortages or inconsistencies
- On Sundays: close the shift and send reports (liquor, syrups, cups, beer, and tips) to management
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Previous experience as a bartender or server preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of drink preparation and alcohol service
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Team player with a professional attitude
