Are you an experienced window and door installer ready to lead a crew and take ownership of high-quality installations?
Newman Windows & Doors is hiring a Senior Lead Installer to run jobs, lead teams, and deliver top-tier results on residential retrofit projects.
Pay
$35–$45 per hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage installation crews on-site
- Install windows, entry doors, French doors, and sliding glass doors
- Ensure jobs are completed on time, clean, and to spec
- Troubleshoot issues and make on-site decisions
- Train and mentor junior installers
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
Requirements
- 5+ years window/door installation experience (REQUIRED)
- Previous lead or crew supervision experience
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Skilled with power tools, trims, wraps, and deglazing
Must Have:
- Age 21+
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record (REQUIRED)
- Ability to pass drug screen & physical
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime & occasional Saturdays
