Hotel General Manager – Southeastern United States

MY Hospitality, a growing hotel management company overseeing properties across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida, is seeking experienced and highly motivated Hotel General Managers to join our leadership team in the Southeastern United States.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and support hotel teams
- Manage budgets and operational KPIs
- Ensure brand standards and safety compliance
- Drive revenue through sales and revenue management strategies
Qualifications
- Prior GM or AGM experience in a branded hotel
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of hotel financials
- Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt or Wyndham is a plus
