Duration - 13 Weeks with possibility of extension
Shift - Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Locations to cover - Sarasota FL
Local Rate - $42/hr - $49/hr
Traveler Rate - $1950 / wk - $2300/wk

Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on health promotion, disease management, and recovery. The RN assesses patient conditions, develops and implements individualized care plans, and collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Duties:
- Assess patient health status and perform comprehensive nursing evaluations in the home setting.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed.
Note: 1 year(s)Note: Skilled home care experience *Will not accept Private Duty nursing experience only
Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years
- Certifications: BLS, RN License
