Overview
At Red Truck Bakery, our Operations Associates are the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring products, inventory, and supplies move efficiently behind the scenes so our bakery teams can deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role combines receiving, inventory management, fulfillment, shipping, and inter-store deliveries while helping maintain the organization and efficiency that keeps our business running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Receive deliveries and verify products against invoices and packing slips
- Organize, rotate, and store inventory following FIFO and food safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized storage, shipping, and operational work areas
- Assist with inventory counts and communicate inventory discrepancies or low stock
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping and internal transfers
- Transport products, supplies, and inventory safely between bakery locations using company vehicles
- Load and unload deliveries while ensuring product quality and accuracy
- Restock operational supplies and assist production and retail teams as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain efficient daily operations
Skill Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, logistics, or food service experience is preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Schedule & Requirements
- Full-time position
- Minimum of 4 shifts per week
- Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Must be able to work at both Marshall and Warrenton locations as needed
- Must be comfortable driving company vehicles between locations
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in refrigerated and freezer environments for short periods
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
