New Chapters in Healthcare Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN or RN to join our team in a part-time instructional role, teaching and overseeing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) students.
As a state-approved CNA training program, we provide high-quality, workforce-focused education aligned with Department of Health (DOH) regulations, WABON (Washington State Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission) standards, and Workforce Board requirements. Our program is designed to prepare students for certification, employment, and long-term success in healthcare through strong clinical foundations, hands-on skills training, and professional mentorship.
In this role, you will:
- Provide classroom and skills lab instruction in accordance with DOH and WABON guidelines
- Supervise and evaluate students during clinical training
- Ensure curriculum delivery meets state and Workforce Board standards
- Mentor students as they transition into the healthcare workforce
- Support compliance, documentation, and quality assurance requirements
We offer flexible scheduling with 4-hour or 8-hour shifts, allowing you to work around your availability while making a meaningful impact in healthcare education.
