Community Survey Representative
Position Overview
We are seeking outgoing and friendly individuals to engage with members of the public and encourage participation in brief surveys. Representatives will approach people in public spaces, explain the purpose of the survey, and assist participants with completing a digital or paper form.
Responsibilities
- Approach individuals in designated public areas.
- Politely introduce the survey and explain its purpose.
- Encourage participation while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist participants with accessing and completing survey forms.
- Answer basic questions about the survey.
- Record participation data and report results to supervisors.
- Follow all company guidelines and local regulations regarding public outreach.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with strangers.
- Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently.
- Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet (if using digital forms).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer service, sales, outreach, canvassing, or event promotion.

Example Performance Metric

Pay: $26.11 - $30.00 per hour
