Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning services
- Operate professional-grade equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Solve problems independently while maintaining attention to detail
- Fix and repair equipment in the field and under pressure
- Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional results
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability
- Represent our company with professionalism and integrity

Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding position.
Applicants should be comfortable:
- Working outdoors in the Texas heat
- Being on their feet for extended periods
- Frequently lifting, carrying, and moving heavy equipment
- Climbing ladders and working at various heights
- Performing fast-paced, physically active work throughout the day
Experience
Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required:
- Pressure washing
- Plumbing
- Roofing
- Hydraulics
- Construction
- Mechanical or maintenance work
- Skilled trades
If you have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn, we’re willing to train the right person.
