Job Summary
Walt's Pourhouse is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Servers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in providing excellent customer service, and work well as part of a team.
Our servers are responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every guest while accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and following established procedures. We value teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Enter orders into the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring order accuracy.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests quickly.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Complete all opening, side work, and closing duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, server stations, and beverage areas.
- Follow food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Assist teammates whenever needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required.
- Oregon Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain).
- OLCC Service Permit (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with strong attendance.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
