Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate for FanFancy+ at Ala Moana Center! As a Sales associate, you will welcome customers, deliver them with exceptional customer service, provide them with adequate product/Oshikatsu knowledge, and make sure customers have a pleasant experience. This position requires availablity for a standard full-time schedule, with Wednesdays and Thursdays designated as regular days off.
Duties
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customer’s needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS Square (point of sale) purchases
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- An appreciation for Japanese pop culture (i.e. anime, manga, idols)
- Previous experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative, or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Pay: $17.00 per hour
