Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing and closing out daily transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during check-in and check-out processes
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries or requests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in using hotel management software and phone systems
- Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
