2nd shift retail clerk

Duties
- Prepare and finish donuts and baked goods
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and decorating tools safely and efficiently
- Package baked items carefully to ensure freshness and presentation quality
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide friendly service
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and appearance of baked goods
- Support high-volume production during busy periods by managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced food industry environment or catering setting is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety management practices and recipe adherence is essential
- Strong knife skills, basic math abilities for portioning and measurements, and attention to detail are required
- Customer service experience demonstrating friendly communication skills is beneficial
- Prior work with baked goods, pastry finishing, or high-volume food preparation will help you excel in this role
