Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to support enterprise-level applications through a comprehensive suite of data collection and reporting tools
? This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with a strong background in .NET technologies, DevOps practices, application security, and process automation
? The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions while helping advance development and deployment standards across the organization
? In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement modern DevOps processes that improve software delivery efficiency and reliability. Responsibilities include leading CI/CD initiatives, automating build and deployment workflows, enhancing testing practices, and implementing tools that strengthen code quality and security
? You will also help centralize source control processes, optimize branching and release strategies, and proactively address technical debt to improve long-term maintainability
? The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, and DevOps platforms such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise
? A strong understanding of secure coding practices, automated testing methodologies, and enterprise software development standards is essential

Required Education:
? High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
? 8 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core development
? 8 years of experience implementing security practices, including secure coding, static code analysis, and data protection/encryption
? 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
? 5 years of experience with automated testing, documentation, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and gated deployments
? 8 years of experience with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
? 4 years of experience using code quality and security scanning tools
? 5 years of experience with code branching, merging, and release process optimization
Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
? Experience leading DevOps initiatives in enterprise environments
? Experience automating build and deployment processes
? Experience managing technical debt and driving continuous improvement initiatives
? Experience supporting large-scale data collection and reporting applications
