We are looking for a Director of First Impressions who can follow up fast, qualify sellers, set appointments, and keep the sales pipeline moving. This is a sales support role. Your job is to create opportunities for the acquisitions team.

JOB SUMMARY:
As the Director of First Impressions, you will be one of the first people sellers speak with. You will respond quickly to new leads, make outbound calls, send texts, follow up with older leads, qualify seller motivation, and set appointments for the acquisitions team.
This role requires strong sales ability, high emotional intelligence, steady emotional control, relentless follow-up, and the confidence to have honest conversations with sellers who may be unsure, hesitant, or not ready to decide right away.
Speed matters. Follow-up matters. CRM accuracy matters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to new leads within 90 seconds or less
- Call, text, and email inbound seller leads
- Immediately call back any missed / abandoned calls
- Conduct “discovery calls” with all new seller leads to build rapport, and qualify them based on motivation level, sense of urgency to sell, property condition, price expectations, decision-making ability, and other selling indicators
- Make 150+ outbound follow-up calls daily
- Set appointments and cleanly hand off qualified leads to the acquisitions team
- Confirm appointments before they happen
- Reschedule missed appointments quickly
- Follow up with old leads until they are converted or marked dead
- Keep accurate notes in the CRM
- Update lead status, tasks, reminders, and next steps
- Follow the company’s lead qualification process
- Track daily call, text, and appointment activity
- Attend sales meetings and training
- Report lead quality issues to marketing and sales leadership
- Help improve scripts and follow-up processes over time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 1+ year of sales, appointment setting, customer service, call center, real estate, home services, insurance, solar, roofing, or similar experience preferred. Real estate experience is helpful, but not required.
- Education: High school diploma required
- Technology: CRM systems, dialers, texting platforms, Google Workspace, basic spreadsheets, phone systems, call recording tools, email
- Skills: Strong phone communication, active listening, basic sales skills, follow-up discipline, CRM organization, time management, rejection handling, lead qualification, adaptable and tech-savvy
- Behavioral Traits: Persistent, positive, coachable, organized, competitive, acts with a sense of urgency, good listener, strong work ethic, able to follow a process
- Required Assessments: Candidates will be asked to complete the Predictive Index behavioral and cognitive assessments, complete a mock sales call, reference checks, and background checks
- Ideal Predictive Index Behavioral Profiles: Persuader, Promoter, Captain, or Maverick. The best fit is usually someone who is people-oriented, comfortable initiating conversations, and able to stay consistent with follow-up activity.
- Bonus Points Awarded: To those who are bilingual in Spanish, have experience in real estate investing; cold calling experience; appointment setting experience; call center experience; home services sales experience; door-to-door sales experience; experience with high-volume follow-up; experience working leads from PPC, direct mail, SMS, cold call, or referrals
